Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund from us. When this Policy mentions “AIMD Bazaar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, it refers to AIMD Bazaar and when it mentions “user”, “you”, “your”, “visitor”, “customer” then it depends on you that who you are.
When Return or Refund is possible?
- Products can be returned to the delivery agent at the time of delivery in case of any issue.
- Eligible products such as cloths, foot wears, etc. can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
When Return or Refund is not possible?
- Ineligible Products can not be returned after the delivery.
- Used Products or Products without Original Packaging can not be returned.
- Services can not be returned so there is no refund in case of services.
How to return products?
- To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] from the email which is in your billing address and include order id and the reason for returning the product.
- We will arrange pick up of the product after the approval of your return request. You must return item in its original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories (if any).
How much time will refund take?
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
- Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
- Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to appear in your wallet, bank or credit card statement.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
