District Business Partner

50 : 50 Profit sharing on all district business from
online & offline platforms.
1) When we start 1st taluka franchise model 50 : 50 in 100%.
for example (profit = 100, AIMD Bazaar 50 & district partners 50)
2) After some period this franchise model generating
huge profit that time we transfer this model to local person
or franchise share holders for one valuable amount.
(a) we easily get back our invested amount with huge profit.
(b) when we get back our invested amount easily we are capable
to start this franchise model in next selected taluka in
Uttar Kannada district.
3) when we (AIMD Bazaar & XYZ TF) start second taluka
franchise in another taluka we both sharing 50 : 50 in 100.
4) Along with this we (AIMD Bazaar & DP) get extra Because
50 % share for Taluka franchise then 50% for AIMD Bazaar.
Then this 50% becomes 100% for AIMD Bazaar then we
distribute 50:50.
For example :- ( 50% to taluka franchise partner + 25% to
AIMD Bazaar + 25% to district partner Total 100%).
5) Every district partner will get each taluka 25% profit.
Number of taluka multiply by 25% profit.
For example Uttar Kannada district 12 taluka than
12*25%=300% profit.
6) Exact how much profit right now not possible to
say its depend on our plan execution with effort.

7)Finally

A) 50% each for every TFP. (Every TFP will get different profit)

B) 300% for AIMD Bazaar.

C) 300% for district partners.

If capital is not enough for future expenses then we are
going to issue more shares to collect capital.
